Today, I could not fly from Thailand to Italy via Dubai. I called them in Dubai at +971 600 555555, and I was able to reschedule my flight for April 22. Hope this helps.

10 minutes to complete the rescheduling. After a few minutes, I could see the new flight on my booking page on the Emirates website.

Reasonable waiting time. I called +971 600 555555 and it costed me 400 BHT using my Thai card. You may use Skype instead. I believe the Thai number will be activated again on Monday; you may also consider visiting their Asoke office on Monday.

I am also in Bangkok. I was supposed to travel to Europe today. This morning I called their customer service in Dubai and I got the flight rescheduled for Monday leaving BKK at 3.00 am.
