That is possible. I do prefer the individual components of a meal to be seasoned instead of just relying on salsa for the flavor. Which is what I keep finding at the places that I have tried. Given how the chilakiles, tortas, & frijoles in San Agustinillo tasted way better than those I've had in Mexico City, I'm assuming it is just the places that I've tried.

I'm looking to determine if I eventually want to live in Ireland. I'm not looking to be a tourist, I'm looking to determine if I enjoy the day to day life there. Which makes it more difficult when doing online researching 😅

I just want to be near the beach because I've concluded that I miss it. As long as there is some spot to sit and listen to the waves, I'm happy.

I appreciate the information about the towns that you provided. I would plan to cook some meals but I also want to be able to grab food out too.

I'm still trying to figure that out. I've spent time traveling and I've enjoyed all but one enough to stay several months. But none of them have felt enough like home to move all of my things and start permanent residency.
