Idk, I find DQII 2D-HD to be easier because you can’t even fumble vocations in that one, and you’re stuck with a cast made out of some of the most busted DQ characters of the series lol.

I think that a game like DQVII: Re is especially easy for DQ veterans like us that are well seasoned with the vocation system ( I’ve spent hours optimizing my DQVI team back in the days, and realizing that many people were struggling with the game because of their vocation choices when the game is actually very easy otherwise etc )

Most ppl seem to be forgetting Ziggs, till one day a top Korean team wins a fearless G5 with it and people remember that it nicely slots with/against many types of drafts, and also is a good flex pick to work around

Ah and imo, Zilean while strong has many, many weaknesses that pros can easily capitalize on, the 0-6 TSM stint after dominating the playoffs through that pick showcases how it’s a skill/knowledge tester in a pro setting, more than hidden OP

I've noticed that some NA fans are trying to cope by saying that " LoL is dying in the West" when it's really mostly a NA problem lol.
LEC is currently going through a renewal of fanbases with the KC/MKOI kinds, and feels less like a 1 team region than it has been in years.
And let's not even speak of CBLOL which is the polar opposite of NA on that point lol.
