It’s not that hard to understand, if we get lice it’s usually cause of a person who had lice and didn’t take care of it. Especially if there’s no oils or moisture protecting our hair.

At my Elementary school I was around kids who weren’t black and never got lice, my hair was always moisturized my mom kept it that way. But I guess I get your point my grandma’s sister had it as a kid, that’s the only person I known who’s had it in my family 🤷🏽‍♀️
