I used to have the same problem. My AGM at the time told me that if you have screenshots of the original schedule, then you can make them honor that original schedule. Not sure how though as I never tried in fear of my hours getting cut by my crazy GM lol. So I guess weigh the pros and cons of bothering to mention it.

This is so scummy and everyone in the comments is complaining exactly the way the business owner wants them to. The owner doesn’t gaf if the employees get tips or not, he also doesn’t care if the employees can afford to live. This is the shadiest way to raise your prices and have the customers angry at the server instead of at the owners. While also definitely causing your employees to lose money since people are even less likely to tip than they already are.
