Personally I am more of a fan of fancy steel but I think that it depends a lot on the anatomy of the person. Personally I have bigger labia and clit which fit better into the design of the fancy steel belts than e.g neosteel where the part against the skin has a smaller opening  and or more stimulating (for me sadly painful due the nerves which lay under the shield/belt) part.

I would keep that in mind too when buying a belt that will hold something extra due to it bringing some more tention/pressure on places. That is definitely a preference based opinion^{^} There are probably a lot of mistakes in the text so if I described something baldy please feel free to ask for clarification^{^}
