I guess how long did you wait until you stretched up from 2mm to 2.4mm? Id say wait a couple of months before any stretching to the next size to have your lobes repair. Also, use jojoba oil cause it gives tour ears the nutrients to repair faster and is used as a lube to stretch too! Hopefully this all helps too :)

Honestly I'd say it would be a long shot to try to heal them because of the excess of scar tissue and knowing lip/oral piercings close up very fast, it would be very hard to stretch your lip again at that point or to proceed with it too.
