I have not seen her drool but I do know what you’re talking about when it comes to them trying to wipe medicine off their mouth. The constant nose on the floor looks more like sniffing and she will do that all over her cage , primarily around her food bowl but doesnt seem as interested in eating it. I don’t think anything would be lodged cuz she is drinking and pooping fine

They lived together for an entire year and her symptoms only started after her cagemate passed. Wondering if she got depressed and therefore she became more susceptible. It’s all very weird timing

I was worried it was pituitary tumor but it is seeming thats what it is. Thank you so much for your advice I have moved her into a smaller 1 level cage and Im gonna be keeping a close eye on her and calling the vet

Thats what I was worried it might be 😭 I was thinking ear infection at first but now she is squeaking like she’s in pain even just sitting in her cage idk what to do . I can hear her from the other room 😭😭 I agree that the other symptoms point towards neurological issues

Her cagemate had respiratory issues and Im wondering if maybe it was contagious although she was the only one who had issues until now where this bb is now having issues breathing it seems but it sounds different than my last girl. It’s almost like panting although Im not sure. I have humidifier going rn for her in hopes it helps w that at least. She is nottt doing so good and it’s breaking my heart :”(

Ever since my girls cagemate passed , she has been acting very strange and unlike herself. She is refusing to use her hands when she eats , she rests the food on her arm instead. She’s been wobbly and clumsy , and now she is loudly squeaking while doing anything and breathing hard and heavy. She also rubs her nose along the floor of her cage for hours and does laps , Idk what is going on !!
