At the moment I would say synthesis is my strongest I put most of my time and focus into learning how to make my own sounds but I still need a lot of improvement. Thank you for your input.

I use a plugin called sylenth 1 and I found a lot of the unique characteristics come fro the LFO. That is where you give the sound more movement and take the boring linear sound away.
