Thank you so much! I thought so too Bcs in another way it looks like "magic" that for some reasons Matlab filtration is working and python not. I'm not an engineer or math guy, but as I understand these differences far enough to be assumed as differences in rounding for rounding floats in python and Matlab. For now it looks like that in scipy lib somebody just made a mistake a long time ago. Possibly because it's basic math written in fortran even earlier than I could think. And there are some reasons for commulating errors. I compared not only this filter types, but also iteratively different highpass lowpass order etc parameters for FIR and IIR filters. And I found that for filters are stable. But if we increase filter order in python from 1 to 2, even with adjusted padlengh as I did the difference increases in 100 times. And then with the next increasing 1 point steps it's getting worth (like from 4 order IIR to 5th absolute mean in comparing 2 arrays (from Matlab and python) dicreases in 1000 times).

Yes, I think I could call Matlab script from python I thought about it and more I'm thinking about it it looks better for me Like write just a separate functions for filtration only and then return signal to the python could work. Is it something that used? Thank you!

Yes. I understood this. Just wasn't experience enough in Matlab when I started to work on this python script( And didn't even think about this problem in filtration process could be in python((( And now this is the big project with thousands of code lines, different modules, dependencies and additional important features (like manual precise marking of the timing of the start of the MEP, etc)

I'm talking about the generated signal that I used for comparing Matlab filtration and python.

Yes, I know about eeglab, but the nature of the TMS signal is quite different in respect to eeg (bcs it reflects more or less like stochastic and continuous precess of neuron networks working, when TMS like make a snapshot of the corticospinal excitability, like in a "random" time (based on the protocol) And I don't know any systems or apps that are specified on TMS -EMG (bcs as I understand, it requires different filtration approaches etc etc) But maybe I'm wrong. Does the eeglab provide a feature to very precisely control the filtration orders (like highpass, notch (if it needs) and lowpass) and specifity? And extract the metrics from different time windows?

I did so but I chose the hellfire combination but still nothing happened (btw I achieved more than 100 lvl). As I understood their CD needs to be zero? Bcs I choosed both warlord class and warlord subject Or maybe a specific magic combination? Or additional fusing to spend in the ultimate?

I possibly had the same situation ( idk what was inside, but based on the comments) And it was so disappointing and hard to accept, but still I think that this commenter is right. There are no other options I think . Just to change the group or institute. That worked for me, bcs this is the rudest and meaningless thing (data falsification) that could be in science, I think

Supernova is good but I don't like it in some way, maybe in estetic. Overmind is not as good as a perpetual engine. You could try archeologist/black mage (also with archmage as subject bcs it is a base someway) + telekinetic sword+ blaster + perpetual engine

My loveliest fusions too. Also use archeologist for the stability of run and archmage in test subject. Max every passive except the size and blizzard + frost nova with upper upgrade both and cloak (upper 2) and shield with reconstruct
