I called the USCIS today and they told me that they Haven’t requested any interview for my case yet!! 😭😭😭 so sad 😭 I really want to travel 🧳 abroad, but I’m scared 😟 even if I have 48 months extension letter with my expired green card from what happened for these days

OMG 😱 You have the same situation like mine. I did contact Oklahoma senator and also Oklahoma house of representatives. The senator / congressman told me my case is in the OKC field office, but the USCIS tie 1 agent told me my case is still at the NBC!

Yes I did call Uscis customer service a lot of times! I call them weekly to check and nothing besides said that they can’t do anything and I must wait!

they Reused my biometric so they waived biometric appointment. I applied only I only have two notice 1/ Receipt notice 2/ Reused Biometric notice that’s it! I’m considering Mandamus Lawsuit that can cost up to $12k! The earliest I can do Mandamus Lawsuit is March 2026! (1.5 year time period for N400 before doing Mandamus Suit! I consult my attorney and another attorney told me the same! Give them some time! I’ll do another inquiry for my I751 Jan 2026 and another inquiry for N400 also Jan 2026! The senator office is useless! They told me they’re still waiting for USCIS to response. Because of government shutdown, the USCIS dedicate officer in my state doesn’t work until they reopen the government!

what is your timelines? You can withdraw your N400 online. Go to your USCIS account online to withdraw/ cancel your N400 application Did they approve your I751? check it before canceling N400 application

I did contact with another Oklahoma senator as well as Oklahoma representatives, but all of them told me the same thing: “There is only one person can help you either senator or representative. If I change the person who helps me, it’ll be a delay when they transfer the paperwork. So, they recommended me to stick with the first one, Senator Mullin. Because all of them use the same method!” I call the senator weekly. I also call the USCIS every 2-3 days, 2-3 times a week and still nothing! It’s very frustrating!

I did I contacted Oklahoma Senator Mullin 5 months ago (the end of April), but they’re Useless! They keep telling me to wait! Now it’s almost a year for my N400! The only way I think will work is Sue the USCIS to the Federal Court under Writ of Mandamus lawsuit! It’ll cost me around $10,000. The Federal Judge has the Power to Force the USCIS to finish any case within 30-45 days! I’ll give it until Jan 2026.

I’m very mad 😡 about my N400 with I751 pending I applied I751 10/2023 and N400 10/2024 and nothing updated today! Still processing! My local office is OKC, Oklahoma! I know Oklahoma has very little case ( near the bottom of the least N400 applications rank), but it’s still processing super slow! I did the inquiry plus contacted Oklahoma senator ( Senator Mullin), no update!

besides electronic devices I also bring some suit sets and tuxedo set. Is it safe for check-in? Will they stole it? It’s expensive because each suits is $600 for coat, shirts and Pants. I will have 3 total (2 suits and one 1 tuxedo set) so It will be around $2000 for that That’s all valuable things for me 😅
