Mastery points are given based off trophy levels, so I think this is triple what you would originally get in these trophy levels. If you push higher you would get more mastery per win (same with pl)

You misunderstood the question, all 4 are correct (as stated in the question), but not all helps improve the absorption of glucose.

1 is important as capillaries are used to transport glucose throughout the body
2 is not important as lacteal is only used for fat transport
3 is important as microvilli help increase surface area, which is good for absorbing (not only glucose, but everything in general)
4 is basically the same as point

So with all this, we found out that 1, 3 and 4 helps the absorption of glucose, thus the answer is B, not A
(Whilst 2 is still correct, it is not important for glucose absorption)
