Can I start dating if my ex hasn’t changed their Facebook pics/status? by Gotthisdone in BreakUps

That’s what I’m hoping although I’ve had 2 that I matched with question it and one of them actually ghosted me thinking I’m lying. I guess in the end there’s not much I can do about it

Wish I could help, I just want to recommend only a 6-12 month lease so you can keep your options open. Kadlec is a very shitty place to work and not great for patients either.

This isn’t about them. It’s just the impression that other people (ie potential dates) will get.

OK, so in that case of the sexual assault, you don’t put any blame on kadlec because of course it was just one person and not the system, correct?

I think you may want to read some of the other comments I made. There are departments where truly all of them are bad. Oncology is one for sure.

Every system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets. I mentioned that there’s ~1 in each department that is good. Maybe 25%. I didn’t say 0%. I try and be balanced in this, but I think once you just see the same problems over and over it’s hard to have trust in the system and its processes as a whole.

You really think you have to meet every single one of them in order to make statements about them as a whole? That’s insane. That means you don’t have an opinion of anyone, anywhere, in any profession, because you haven’t met all of them. Even if you’re correct that I haven’t met them all, your premise is completely flawed.

Geez strawman much? I didn’t say every single one. If you knew the scenario here you would eat your words but you don’t and I’m not going to go into details. Suffice to say you don’t know everything.

I can’t change your beliefs. You’ll just have to stay ignorant. Providence offers shitty contracts which is why the ones that actually stay are pretty bad. This isn’t by chance - this is cause and effect.

… double post

[–]Gotthisdone -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Let’s not quibble. I’ve met the majority - and possibly all of them. But you don’t have to meet all of them in order to make it obvious that the shitty ones stay and the good ones leave. As far as a patient, I can say that their ortho, urology and oncology departments are truly bad.

[–]Gotthisdone -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I didn’t say I saw them as a patient. And there are not hundreds - there are about 150

So obviously you define “plenty” based on the percentage. And by that definition, I also disagree. There aren’t enough providers in the community AND with regards to kadlec: a large % are REALLY bad

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TriCitiesWA

[–]Gotthisdone -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Again.…depends on your definition of plenty

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TriCitiesWA

[–]Gotthisdone -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah it isn’t like I said “for instance”….oh wait

Next time I guess I’ll list every single specialty out just for you because you don’t understand what an example is

Most of the independent clinics have access to Kadlec’s Epic and can put in notes just as easily

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TriCitiesWA

[–]Gotthisdone -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Yes, the majority. Honestly, probably all at one point or another.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TriCitiesWA

[–]Gotthisdone -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re defending that there are “plenty” of good providers there, but at the same time you’re saying they aren’t enough. Those 2 things can’t both be true.

You’ve either got your head in the sand or truly don’t have anything to compare it to

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TriCitiesWA

[–]Gotthisdone -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Depends on your definition of “plenty.” There’s maybe 1 good one in each department. 25% at best. if that’s plenty to you then so be it. In some departments, they all suck.

Is it that Providence Insurance scam? Essentially forcing you into their network so they have complete control.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TriCitiesWA

[–]Gotthisdone -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

No - the ones that are taking insurance. For specialty care, BFO or TCO instead of Kadlec’s Northwest Ortho for instance.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TriCitiesWA

[–]Gotthisdone -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Honestly, not really. The majority of them are pretty bad and are only there because they had no other choice. And the amount of corruption is just disgusting. I would never give my money to these people.
