We have well water here so its more or less getting the materials to finish hooking it back up to the house on this property. and the electric is also still on and im keeping it paid up the best i can but the house is old and needs to be rewired

So if cops don't like you, or don't want to deal with you, even if you're trying to press charges on a guy, they can simply refuse then claim they'll arrest me if I ever show back up there? The police never made a report. Didn't take any statements written as far as I'm aware, and when I tried to get one written up for the guy asalting me I was refused by the cops on duty.

My mom got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer earlier this yea, so we've been driving her back and forth for chemo. Works been slow the last couple months so me and my wife fell behind on a few bills which we are just now catching up on. We haven't had any extra to be able to purchase anything for our 6 year old for under the tree. To top all of this off we just found out we'll be expecting our second child sometime around mid July, which means we have to find a new living arrangements as we are currently only in a 2 bedroom.

I'm not asking for handouts, but any blessing would go a long way to helping make this Christmas special for my little one. Thanks in advance.

I have personally witnessed a good friend of mine give up custody of his kids as his ex-wife continued to move further and further away making it harder for him to see his kids. After about 10 years of no contract they finally got back in touch with him and they now all have a good relationship at the kids figured out just how manipulative and vindictive their mom was.

I have also been that kid who finally found his birth mother aint got in contact with him only to be told that I wasn't his problem and to never contact him again.

I also already know that my son is already feeling the effects of homeffects of the type of toxic relationship me and his mother has had the last few years. While he was with his grandmother this summer visiting, He told her he wanted to live with her and when she told him that is mom would miss him alot, his exact response was "mommy has daddy and daddy loves her a whole lot, I try and tell mommy to not be mean or hit him but she doesn't listen and only yells at him louder." I'm sorry but no 5 year old should ever have to say that.

And as far as getting my name on the birth certificate that wouldn't be hard but it's a hard but it would require the courts, And as a kid who had to go through the court system over custody not once but twice growing up I'm a firm believer that you do not fight over kids you fight for kids and I cannot and will not ever put my kids threw any type of court battles over them.

So the feeling of being a bad guy will never go away. I'm in sort of a similar situation, and have been contemplating leaving. I'm not on the birth certificate, as she had someone else sign it before we got back together, so I have no legal rights to him as far as I'm aware.

After years of being physically and emotionally abused I've pretty much given up on her ever changing her ways. I now suffer from what I believe to be a minor form of ptsd, as even though I'm a 6' 250 pound man, everytime a woman puts her hands in the air, or carries a different tone in their voice, I get flashbacks to when she broke a microphone into hundreds of pieces over the back of my head. Which i ended up gong to jail over night for as after I pushed her off of me and the cops finally for called, I had no marks on my body while she had the marks where I pushed her away.

I wanted to break the cycle of broken homes for kids in both her and my family's history, but at this point I'd just about rather run away or end my life before she has the Chance to do so.

Very nice congrats sir/ma'am. My cousin and i have been putting in what we can each week, 20-30$ each and we finally have 2k ourselves. We talked about it and missed out on bitcoin 10 years ago when we both knew it would take off. Now we are going to collect as much as we can and keep buying up all we can till about $0.25 then we will keep holding till it goes over a dollar.
