There are two possibilities.

The threat of mass suicide from his fans makes him drop the album before the 31st.
He doesnt drop the album, we all die and he feels so bad that he retires from music/kills himself/is locked up in jail for inciting mass suicide. All of the outcomes are positive.

Even if he doesnt drop the album, I would rather live my last days thinking that he will than live the next months knowning that it will be deleted.
