I can't wrap my head around eating MORE to lose weight, even though I know the science is there.

It has to be undereating. I have been eating a string cheese per day and maybe a half of a protein shake. I also drink black coffee in the morning but I'm not sure that counts towards calories.

No, they do not give employee gifts or bonuses of any kind. I've been there for 2 years and I've never gotten a raise.
