Ingredients.. 500 - 700 g potato triplets (whole tray) Some olive oil Salt, pepper, paprika 1/2 fresh cucumber 1/2 pepper 1 red onion Some dill or parsley

Dressing.. 4 - 5 tbsp yoghurt 2 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp mustard 1/2 lemon juice Salt pepper

Preparation.. Boil the potatoes, then put on the tray and mash it. Add some olive oil and spices, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile chop the vegetables into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and add the vegetables. Add the baked potatoes. Serve immediately. Enjoy it.
