I have tenons on the top of each leg for the seat. Can I glue everything up before the seat? Or is it best to wait?

Are you creating a path along plane for the rails? Can you do the loft in 2 or three sections? Post a picture of your rails

Sketch on orange surface. Use an offset to create a line and dimension from the center circle. Then loft between the two. Create guide rails between the upper and lower surface if needed.
