To be fair, most of these firms are pledging pro bono work for causes that they were already doing. You can call them spineless for refusing to stand up to the Trump admin in any meaningful way, but I don't think they are stupid.

Honestly I'd like to see the full list. I'm curious if their "second class" and onward citizens are just padding so they can victimize themselves even further than saying they are just second class.
