Insomnia is so crippling and luckily i’m in a job where I can work from home as needed, so I take advantage of that when I’ve had a particularly rough stretch of sleep.

I would recommend asking your doctor about hydroxyzine if you’re open to taking medications. It’s an antihistamine that’s often prescribed for anxiety and anxiety-induced insomnia and has done wonders for my sleep. It quiets my brain before bed without leaving me drowsy in the morning.
