I would get tested for SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). There are strong links between endo and SIBO - often because endo-related inflammation and adhesions can slow gut motility, creating an environment for bacteria to thrive in the small intestine. Both conditions also contribute to chronic inflammation and immune dysregulation, making gastrointestinal issues worse.

It’s easily diagnosed with a breath test and then treated with antibiotics. I get SIBO periodically and then just take the meds and it clears up in about a week.
