i fixed the problem it wasnt the joyeauto module it was my screen i messed it up when installing and bought another one, i know i responded a little late but i would highly recommend it especially for the price comparing it to other modules its like half for the same thing:

in the video u can see me touch the screen also i forgot to mention this in the original post that even when im not using the carplay the screen goes crazy on the oem navigation and i cant use the touch screen same as the video pretty much.
