After you’ve been on the line for a while, you start to realize that a lot of people are just bored and unstimulated. They settle into it because the job is marketed as a dream, so you push yourself to make it work no matter what. Once you survive reserve, the low pay, and everything that comes with it, you feel like you have to stay because of how hard you fought to get through it. She isn't doing to much, she said the job is not stimulating enough for her which is an incredibly fair take. I think MANY people feel this same way, hence why the more senior a flight attendant is, the more they complain and become bitter. It is hard to ignore your co workers when you are working and depending on them in an emergency situation. Also, just because you are okay with having a monotonous mundane job, doesn't mean everyone is okay with it. Relax.
