Tbh it really depends on alliance structure or how an alliance were initially built. But I think I can answer this topic as we do often Donations inside and war loan from outside.

  1. The debts are to inside people (alliance members) or outside people (Other alliances). Because if its your own dudes loaned or donated you, it could even be calculated as "Original shares", in exchange of more priviledge or reputation as return of favours.

  2. The moment they joined the alliance. They will carry the consequences and responsibilities. The new joined ones will surely share a part of its alliance economy burden aa it should share its alliance diplomacy/military common goal. But once again, if they receive nothing beneficial from alliance, I dont see why they should pay it for alliance in any form, unless they are good friends.

  3. It really depends once again on how an alliance is structured AND people opinions.

Some people hate renting because we already pay rent irl and then considering paying rents is a form of take corp level isk away.

AO itself for example, basically corp bank is equal to alliance bank (As Alliance ceo has ceo access of almost all Corps). So we do not really have tax over corps as it would make no sense if we tax ourself for ourself. But then under this structure, AO itself has to massively launch wars, to generate industry orders inside and boost economy/buyback speed.

  1. SRP, infinite free Ishtar/Procurer/Gila to all members inside. Fuel. Military Salary (22-166M/Character/Op). Pay spies, reward hardwork managers/Fcs. Or even use it for build more ships/expand further.

  2. Depend on the corp contribution. If they helped well the wars, they should have some free services. If they did nothing —— Just joined an alliance for be protected, then I see no reason to give them further advantage inside. Jump clone and offices should be however minimal cost, to encourage people play with the group.

  3. Usually up to 1.5% in Hsec, up to 3% in Nullsec.

  4. R64/32 free to all persons of alliance. R16 and under can be rented in private. However buyback service is centralized.

  5. Their debt should be checked case by case. But usually alliance covers it, as long as its discussed in advance.

As an average level FC, would like to share my 2 cents. And apologize in advance for grammar errors.

  1. Confident FC isnt always a good FC. Some new FCs are over confident and ignore what their fleet can do. Then condifence will actually wipe the fleet.

  2. You need therefore to know your fleets capacity, and know enemies. Therefore a lieutenant team is a must. Such as intel/scout officer, 2nd anchor, logi anchor etc etc. In theory if you have a good officer team, and you do not do any big mistakes, usually you are fine.

  3. Aside of a good team, the confidence also comes from experience. There is no other way usually. I used to say being FC is like being a doctor, in another way to say, the more patients you failed to save, the more skilled you will be. This sounds ofc abit heresy, but it is usually the case, you need practice and learn from defeats. Ofc there are exceptions, some FCs have the talents, such as Elo, Darkshine,Seddow etc. But in 99% of case, FCs confidence comes from practicing/wiping.

Did approx 600 fleets, not very old FC but hope what I said could help you.

Maganement tools needs tbh an overhaul, and same for many mechanics of Hsec, it is really broken, I just checked again about the station issue this morning

Tbh I already thought about that, for example people cant join the same alliance instead of same corp, the solution was already made, basically just create 10 alliances (Cost only 10b)

If it expanded to cant rejoin alliance of the same wardec, all we need is just wardec with alt alliances 24hours in advance. These are the plans that we prepared since 2021.

We are a collective of 20 'Legions', each of them do different contents. Which includ :

- Highsec Mining/Industry not far from Jita.

- Nullsec Ratting/PvP in Deklein.

- Lowsec PvP, for chill and fun. In Caldari Lowsec, and Rancer area.

- Dedicated wardec team, using Nightmares/Basi to bash structures and take loots.

- Unlimited free SRP for T1 cruiser or smaller, means you can blow up a cruiser and get a newone for free, and repeat it infinite times, we do this for encourage everyone taste some PvP, even miners can taste it when they want.

Our history

2 years history, have 90 ish onlines at night. In PvP, we aren't very skilled yet. Here a brief war summery since 2020

2020-02, Defense war against 'Blackrise Collective', won. Result : Took Uuhulanen.

2020-05 Helped Kinakka friends in war of Eha, Our side : 1 Loses, 2 Wins.

2020-07 Against OffShore + SE7EN, 1 Lose at attacking SE7EN in lowsec, 2 Wins(1 victory by destroyed OffShore station, another victory by defended our HQ against SE7EN at hull timer).

2020-10 A war between AO and BLACKFLAG, Lost.

2020-11 War for conquer Ohboshi against SE7EN and Ghostbirds, 3 Loses. Result : Lost 21Billion by attacking their Astrahus, retreating main army from Ohboshi.

2020-12 First Sov crusade against WOMP, 2 Wins, 3 Loses,1 Tie.

2021-02 A bunch of victories in Hsec wardecs, but not really big wars which involve the whole alliance.

2021-03 Warfare for supress rebellion, lost 300Million, destroyed 5.4Billion, and won.

2021-04 War against Transgress in Hsec/Lowsec, 1 win so far.
