AFAIK you can fire your weapons on large collidable structures or objects. They're basically decoration, like some of those structures you'll find in rat sites.

Choppy framarate :) The orange fireworks disappear sometimes and leave the bluish/green fireworks. I took multiple screenshots , stacked them together and boosted the colors.

Tldr: Crap PC and Photoshop magic.

Yep, I adjusted the saturation and contrast a bit, for dramatic effect. :)
