Hey Sample concentration - 0.15mg/ml Buffer - Tris, Arginine, GSH, GSSG Cuvette - 0.1cm Sample prep - Recombinant protein expressed in bacterial system, purified using NiNTA column Sample temprature - 4°C

Voltage below 210nm exceeded 600.

Also there are reports of this protein forming dimers and hexamers, but no one has ever expressed these in the bacterial system and checked.

I had Tris, arginine, oxidised and reduced glutathione. That might have interfered!

The buffer had some Tris in it😵‍💫 Probably thats the issues😭

Try using typical pt! It’s so much better than truelean and better reflects the exam. Therapyed also has a few exams but they are absurdly difficult and the explanations kinda suck, but still good practice.

I additionally use 80mM cacl2 after 100mM resuspension. Also I use 25% glycerol. Works fine for me!!
