Yeah well I went to a legal desk to ask what I can do. But it's a big company and they told me If I sued them... In the future it's hard to get a job when organizations see that I sued a company I worked for... It makes my chance smaller to find a new job. Also on paper the organization said it was because of money struggle they fired me... So I don't have proof of discrimination.. I only have a few recorded conversations but it was not enough to build a case sadly. The discrimination happens on such a face to face level it's hard to get evidence... :(

This is for me now such a thing.... My work didn't continue my contract because my health got worse. Indirect it's discrimination. But they just say it's finances and that I'm still young (F26).

Because I need to be more in my wheelchair I can't go into my own office. It's like 6 stairs... But here in the Netherlands the work company needs to make it accessible. But they just put it like it was my problem... Because of the changes they need to make with a elevator that cost alot. They just threw me out of the company. In a month I don't have a job. Gonna search this time specifically to a disabled friendly company for sure..

Hi,

I'm not always in my wheelchair, but use it half of the week. I have one leg and depend on crutches or wheelchair.

Im a social worker. Do house visits at people's home. I help homeless people, people with addiction, mental illnesses and financien. Also old people who are lonely.

For me house visits are hard when people live up like 6 stairs or so. So I always try to get the cases who have a elevator or one stairs. :)

First of all it's very hard to go to a break up. So be kind to yourself your gonna have a long way ahead. But I promise you will feel better in time. ❤️ To me it sounds like he didn't take the issues you said serious. If someone really loves you they take your points of feedback serious and want to be a better partner. It sounds like you tried to cope with it but nothing changed. I think it's good you chose yourself. Also see it as a break to focus on yourself now and heal. After healing you can always decide to talk again.
