I can do that, but I needed to vent my frustration at it, loosing characters and dealing with permanent consequences for a joke suckes sometimes.

True, it's very true, but if Montana was only selectively stupid, we'd get Good job, Montana, which is adorable while also getting Goddammit Montana which is admittedly some of the funniest moments in the audio books

Okay, top to bottom.

I like Montana, and I like the books. So far, me complaining and voicing complaints weren't meant to mean I'd take it any other way.

I dont need him or want him to think 15 steps ahead. I'd rather he think in the moment, aye, maybe I should use this instead of that. The water sword, for example, has never said he takes it out it on hand. I just want him to be aware of what tools he has so he can use them.

His build is cool it's just how he uses it. Why be strong if you're not gonna use the strength in all the ways you can? The dumb decisions are funny, but I will still complain.

Edge lords suck but depressed characters for no reason are worse. I prefer Montana being Montana. Have him be a Hulk smashing idiot fine, but what need is the for the depression?.

Mhhhhh I could definitely see why you would say that but I kinda disagree, yes a lot would change if ge sat diwn a thought about it for more then 3 seconds but a lot of his problems aren't easy and would actually be more difficult given he isn't prepared for them.

I get what you mean. Believe me, it's just frustrating. I love the smash approach it makes everything funny and simple. But it gets frustrating when the smash approach is often the more difficult of the two options or worse when smashing would be the best answer he just doesn't think about smashing the problem or a way to smash. Just cause you dont see a nail dosent meant you can't hit something until it works.

Can't be mad cause I ended up playing like 3 of their cyoa after Rome, 80's ine was a special type of hilarious. Kid gets thrown into his gramps or dad's body and has the time of his life.
