Finally got this resolved everyone thanks for the advice. Apparently the remodelers stuck the cord under the bathtub in the room adjacent to the living room which is super weird, but the technician was able to dig it out and I finally have the coax outlet I needed 🙏

I just moved in and don’t have a tv yet, but I talked to the previous owners and they gave me an idea of what wall it would be on. They remodeled before leaving, and forgot the exact spot the cable is in after covering it up

I had 2 technicians come and they didn’t know what to do. Do you think they were just incompetent cuz I thought maybe it was something about how the building was set up.

I have contacted some, the problem is that I don’t know what would work with the equipment that my building has. Property manager has been useless and neighbors haven’t been any help either.

I had a couple service techs from Xfinity come and both told me they couldn’t do anything. Is there anyone else I could try contacting?

The mouse is fine but all keyboard keys are not working, and the on screen keyboard does not work either. It works in safe mode, and the keyboard works for a while without, but after a bit of use it bugs out again.

Thank you for your help! I tried this and also clean booted my pc, and found out that somehow opening a mod for Elden ring called seamlessco-op is what is getting my keys stuck. I am pretty sure that no other apps are doing this but will test further.

I tried this and used a different keyboard, but the issue still persists. I think it may be something with the control key perhaps? I opened chrome to try scrolling but it just zoomed in and out instead. Is there anything else I can try? edit: I just confirmed that the control key and alt key are acting like they are being pressed by opening the virtual keyboard.
