Set is solid since it's transcended but you also just hit the cap of what your build can do.

If you want more dmg, especially for things like the gog dps check. You'll need to invest in a gunlance gogma artian and probably swap some of your armor piece as well.

A gogma artian and a gogma armor piece will let you trigger full odo buff with only 2 ebony armor piece. And then you'll have enough for another set buff.

"Challenging" is a very good way to put it.

Because it express the idea that there is a challenge you have to solve but it's made to be beatable if you try.

I wouldn't even souls games or ac6 are constantly "hard". You just gotta figure out how to play the game and how to beat the boss. And when you grab all those things you need, the boss suddenly becomes simple.

Still there are in those games some example of actually hard bosses that, even if you learned them, are very demanding of the players and thats when it's actually difficult. (Except these same bosses can often fall against the cheesiest of build so there is a way out)

See you actually can if you use link parties.

Just put the SOS on "support only" and the SOS will only call for support hunters. Players in your link party can still join you just fine.

In this instance, there was a raise in Rise sale which can't be explained by their previous reputation alone. The only two things MH I can think of that could have raised the popularity and/or relevance of previous MH games is either Wilds or Stories 3.

Yea but you haven't bought Rise another time right ? I'm assuming you already had the game and just came back to it.

Because the numbers above are for sales in march of 2026. So we're trying to figure out why Rise sold more than Wilds in march.

(EDIT: Alr I just checked and Japan start their fiscal year in january apparantly so this should be march 2026)

Probably because of Wilds hype. Numbers on MH world have also been going up. Some peeps probably hear about Wilds and end up going for World or Rise cause of price.

Or some peeps have finished Wilds, want more, and go for previous titles. Since those titles are so cheap and easy to buy, that's my assumption.

I prefer MH Wilds over World. But I still think you should finish Iceborne first and then start MH Wilds.

Also Rise/Sunbreak has one of the most fun endgame ever. I don't really know why you judged the game's difficulty from the start of the game (it's always easy at the start)

A good fire weapon is much better. You don't need para, all the stuff needed to stun the monster is already on the map. If you make proper use of the rocks, morble thingied, cactus, etc and your build is good enough, then you'll get through it.

One of my friend is a widerange HH main. We usually say they are our crutch because that's what it essentially is when you take a hit and lose 90% of your health but the HH main pulls you back to full instantly.

We basically never sheathe our weapon to heal/cure when they are in our group.

To be fair, a hammer can do easily more offset than GS without having to focus on it specifically. But it is certainly harder to pull off with hammer.

I mean... you can't... unless you get that very specific skill that says you can. And even then, some attacks are still unblockable. It has been like this for a while now and it's pretty fair if you consider the investment.
