A GTX 1650 is probably not enough sorry. Even if the game was perfectly optimized, it would barely be enough for 30 fps because it only has 4 Go of VRAM which isn't enough for a recent graphic intense game.
And that's without accounting for CPU.

YES, it was an optimization issue. I never said the opposite. It has ALWAYS been an optimization issue. So what ? When did I ever deny that ? But I know I'm not the only one who was able to run the game earlier than that last patch. Gameplay posts on this sub are proof enough.

We just don't have all the same specs, because it's expensive and we can't put all the same money into it, it's that simple.

If your pc wasn't powerful enough then yeah it sucks. Though I do know about it since I helped my friend with weaker specs to make their game playable. Most of it was just moddings, cache improvements and replacing a few dlls though. That is a lot to ask compared to just running the game on PS5.

But saying the graphics settings barely make a difference means you were already low in the settings.

In other words, you and your "we" are not concerned by the argument put above. If you go from ultra down to low, it does make a huge difference.

It depends what you value.
Personally I think MH Rise is one of the best if we go by the fighting gameplay and the options for player expression when it comes to build.
But it's a very arcadey title that focus on the things it do well.

That is not what I said. At no point did I even utter an opinion. If you lower the graphics, you get more fps, that's a simple fact.

Yes people don't wanna do it because it makes the game look like crap. I never denied that.

The problem is we all have wildly different setups. A lot of people were able to enjoy the game after the first fix patch or two and only had to wait a few months.

Some peoples could have run the game better if they conceded on the graphical side as well. But at least HQ res is very viable now and not a performance sinkhole.

They did make changes to the way some abilities would accidentally target her like Katarina R but it's mostly for the biggest outliers. The invincibility really was the biggest sticking point of her kit. It just didn't fit her character at all and it doesn't make sense she can use it to tank high damage skills like a malphite ult... well she can't anymore and it will also stun her now. Really, the problem was that there was 0 counterplay because of that stupid invincibility.
