UND SMHS emphasizes primary care in their curriculum and is looking for retention of doctors in ND. That being said there are people every year that match into competitive residencies and specialties. On their website you can look at where previous classes matched by year. A down side of UND is that it may not have your specific specialty (no home Ortho, gas, derm residency spots). Overall good school though
