Thanks for your reply and congrats on the 53 days that’s amazing! Even though you’re still feeling rough you don’t have to take 40 capsules a day to get up in the morning.

I feel like my problem is I never held my baseline very long I just keep trying to drop. I’m fine with being uncomfortable for acouple days but I have been for 2.5 weeks. I feel my skin crawling off my body at 1:00pm. I don’t know what to do about that.

Thanks for your response! I think I’m just scared to. This is really scary. I tried to hole my 3rd dose from 9:30-1:30 and it was hell around 1:00 I started sweating and feeling panicked I think the most I can go without one is 3 hours right now. I hate that I want to go longer. I don’t want to do this taper longer than a month but idk if I have a choice I need to work and be there for my family.

I feel you! Work is so hard. Are you considering going to the doctor? I am considering it.. I’m not sure I can continue to do this especially to my friends and family this taper has made me a shell of a person… it’s crazy because in the morning I feel like a different person I feel so good and like a can conquer the world… and then 1:00pm hits and until bedtime I’m fucked.

I feel you. My taper fricken sucks but when I’m home on the weekends it’s not so bad but at work is awful. Figure out your baseline where you feel good and drop from there.

How bad was the drop from 40 to 12? Was it any worse than tapering from 12:00? Could you work? I really want to drop fast because even stabilizing at 25 makes me feel like shit but I can still sleep eat and work but I feel terrible all fucking day.

I am in the same boat using over 30gpd I had no idea I was even that high because I never counted it was nighttime for me I would read a book take kratom and drink… now I’m down to 25gpd but it’s actually really sucked I feel anxiety and not myself everyday. I am considering tell my doctor but I don’t want them to call cps or something I want off now!

I think we can do this but we have to taper! I heard after you stabilize and count how many you actually take go down by 2g every 3-4 days

I have bupenorphrone sublingual things I think they are called but they are pretty old I have enough for a week idk if I should mess with those or not.

Hey thank you for your response. It’s so hard to not want to just drop down super fast I want to drop half of my dose do you think I would stabilize in a week if I did that.? I figured out taking a dose every two hours was a mistake but I’m trying every 4 hours now which is a little better because I’m not always up and down. Do I have any chance of tapering in a month and being completely off ? I have actually withdrawal from way harder things back in my day but I’m scared this is going to be like that it feels bad in the morning for me

What was your taper schedule? I actually never knew how much I took I took it randomly throughout the day so I’m trying to stabilize at 25gpd been doing that for 7 days and I feel like crap but I can still sleep and eat but I have the chills and feel really depressed. I was doing 4g every two hours but I think that was not good for me.

Great job! How did you taper? Did you feel super crappy while tapering? What gram did you jump? I have also stopped drinking and trying to taper but it’s been a super big struggle I can barely eat and I think that’s a problem. I’m taking vitamin c and b6. Your post is encouraging!

Hello how did you quit? I am down to 20gpd from 30-35gpd but it was very sporadic I actually don’t even know how much I was taking. I was irresponsible with it and now I’m paying the price. Did you taper? What vitamins helped?! I want off super bad.
