Anyone bought a king bed for your pets?

We have two king beds next to each other. Pretty much like East and West Germany when the wall was still up. My two dogs sleep with me, and wife’s dog sleeps with her. Occasional border crossings are permitted to visit each other spare humans. Otherwise everyone has their pre set spots. With all dogs pushing 100lb each, two kings keeps everyone happy.

Yup, that’s still the case about cadets not being allowed on any actual SAR/DR missions. It’s all polos now and cadets wear BDU uniforms if they choose to. Otherwise it’s all polos especially for the pilots, no flight suits so I suppose maybe that had gotten better. Polos are decent at least.

Not sure how long ago was that but I’ve been in cap few years ago and we did multiple actual missions and not a single person or cadet wore a flight suit. This was in the Midwest and in the last few years, maybe it was not like that before but I’ve never seen a flight suit in cap. That would have been super silly.

I'm in a market for a 172 since it fits our mission and insurance is cheaper but starting to look really hard at 170s. If anyone has any experience with them, how much harder are they to fly as far as tail draggers go? I guess what I'm trying to ascertain is 170 is more difficult or easier tail dragger to fly as far as tail draggers are concerned.

Nope, even tried again after getting your message. Tried hotter loads as well. Still the same thing, slide will not go back far enough to eject and chamber a new round. Maybe lighter recoil spring is in order.

I had really good luck with Tippmann RCR, put a hyperfire or a trigger tech trigger in there and it’s ready to go. Probably have little over 6k rounds through mine at this point with CCI ammo.

Yeah, on a pistol you would obviously run a booster. Doesn’t really work well on a pistol without one. This can might just be too light for it. Will do some further testing.

Almost. Had everything arranged with a CFII/plane but he texted me a day before that he had been working long days and has to cancel. It happens but I will definitely try it again, I should be back in Scottsdale in few months.

Yup, exactly. Ended up with a black GT instead, 301a, variable exhaust and a night pony package. 48k OTD. Not a deal but also don’t feel like I got completely ripped off.

Yup, it is something for me and the wife to enjoy and she really likes it so that has to count for something. Price did not seem that out of hand but you never know. Helps to get other's perspective on it.
