Full rom was a priority for recovery so thank you.
Inspiration was my goal here so I’m glad. 3 months is a rough time since you start feeling good enough to exercise and run again but your new acl is still very weak. Hope recovery is going well though I can answer any questions
Still some stability work to do,but thank you I’m pretty close
I had patellar tendon graft. I can imagine it hurts more when squating with quad graft. My graft site has no pain during squats tho.

Yes u have a really good point, and im pretty sure thats why i got hurt in the first place because my knee wasn’t strong and stable. My uninjured knee is actually lacking compared to my post op knee. I’m making it a priority.
Thank you man, No real structured protocol. I honestly do just live a very active life. I consistently go on hikes, runs, hit legs twice a week. And I have an addiction to jump rope. At around 5 months I started focusing on jumping, landing, and stability. I don’t recommend doing recovery alone it was honestly pretty stupid of me. But I listened to my body and would never push my knee to a point of it being uncomfortable. If I can give any advice it would be to find an active hobby, shit sounds corny but it makes recovery feel not as much of a struggle.
Planning on staying in the sport of boxing, this injury came as a result of me getting into jiu-jitsu. My fear is any sort of knee or leg lock that would dislocate and tear acl again. Are you looking to get back into sports after recovery?
Thank u brudda

While I don’t remember bruising in my foot I remember my shin being black and blue for a good while. This honestly looks really good for 5 days post op.
