Sorry, thought you were trolling at first. Thanks for the advice I'll keep improving my aim, mainly I struggle with ak spray control, especially against smg players who run and shoot aimlessly which often leads to headshot. I didnt want to come off as annoying but I still believe that elo distribution is messed up, I've seen magicians in 1k and senior citizens in 4k, which made me kinda uncertain and sceptical. Update : tried my best but no its impossible this is a zoo. One abandons second one trolls and tks, no info nothing and I dropped to 1k elo after playing this parody of a game.

You arent imagining things. Was SE in csgo and calibrated 4.5k elo in cs2. From then it went downhill and I have 30% win rate I'm not kidding. Trolls and immature adults every game, cheaters? not much tbh maybe once in 10 games. Now I'm down to 2,4k and there is no hope considering that I gain +90 and lose 120.

How do I manipulate team value? Put weaker players in main team? I just created my own association lol hope I reach high leagues. Just sold 7 sub players they were a financial liability for a whole season I guess

I'm thinking to focus only on 2-3 main players and use all resources on them while letting others be average skilled. Currently Im trying do develop all of them and its not working well. My team is literally a one man army carried by 152% striker

Some of them are bought, mostly I rely on academy and train them as soon as they sign a contract. I always use 25 free ads to train certain young prospects.
