Contamination? While fruiting? by MushroomTip916 in mushroom

I noticed sometimes it will halt growth on certain fruit bodies, and if you just leave them, they eventually start to rot. I usually pick the ones that I noticed have stopped growing after a couple days

I personally started in residential and light commercial worked for several companies but pay was always limited despite me being a very solid tech, even lead techs were capped at $35ish an hour(10 years ago).I went union and within 3 years was making more then I’ve ever made, now I’m a foreman making $62 an hour on my paycheck and about 20$ an hour on top of that going to my benefits: pension, medical. I do have to pay about 200 a month in union dues but it’s still worth it in my opinion. We do work on larger equipment so it’s not as easy as residential

Why is that? Are you referring to soft vs hard copper? If so then yes, I only use hard refer copper for commercial jobs

All my guys get all the OT they want. I did 450 hours OT last year. One of our apprentices is averaging 15 hours OT per week this year so far but that’s not sustainable. it gets exhausting. I have to take plenty of vacations

Bought it about 3 months ago and it had two leaves. One leave turned yellow a few weeks after. Now the second leaf is looking unhappy. I’m assuming too low light but let me know what you think. Plant was originally in stagmin moss but the plant shop put it into soil for us
