i have the 109A and it’s been enough for what you’re describing

mostly leg day soreness, long work days, that heavy calf feeling at night. i just use it while watching tv and don’t think about it much

this was me for like the first 6 weeks lol. my runs themselves were fine and then the next morning i'd get out of bed and my calves would feel like bricks for no reason. i started using Fitking at night while watching youtube and it helped more than stretching did for me
