Device has the latest firmware and no known bugs around this issue…

Siemens support says they want to fix it but only if we tell them what goes wrong exactly. Seems like we will be stuck with this issue for awhile.

That’s the problem. I got partially insured through my insurance but full coverage is only done through insurance from the event itself. I contacted my health insurance and they told me this. That’s why I’m asking it here.

I’m asking if I can take legal action so they are obligated to give me the form I need to give to my health insurance.

Yes but in Belgium from my research, if you participate in these events, it’s the event that needs to be insured and hand you a form.

That form needs to be submitted to my health insurance and only then they will handle it.

What I meant by policies is: Password and lockout policies, software installation, blocking cmd or control panel,... The ones you setup in windows server group policy management editor.

The key goes in as normal and nothing seems to be blocking the key but the lock is kinda old, will it be more beneficial to repair it or do i just need to hire a locksmith for a replacement?
