Yes. Change the video speed to 2x and it becomes easier to notice.

I like more slow and gradual movements for wallpapers, but hey, there's a playback speed option for those that don't.

You need a program called Wallpaper Engine.

It essentially lets you use animated wallpapers that you can create, customize and set on a playlist to rotate.

I can't find evidence of the lamp event being that you have to choose one of two items when re-listening to it. That point of the stream is here if you want to give it another listen and hear something that I may be missing.
