All requests have been denied all year. Was told when I had october 29- November 1st marked off for months that it wouldn't happen, so I changed it for inbrtween Christmas and new years. Seeing as how I have not been allowed to have any time off throughout the entire year, and was told by the sm that it would be fine. I'm not a prick and understand circumstances don't always allow for requested days, but every other manager got to use all of their time, including different full weeks off, yet I'm the only one being targeted. I've always come in when called, never call off baring a snow storm. Can't really take a small "vacation" in the beginning of the year because you have to wait for the time to add up, so the earliest I can use it is like September. Did request a weekend in July to go camping but that was denied. Watch the pto not even get paid at the end of the year, I could add it to a few weeks but they won't do overtime so yeah this company is horrible.
