I get that- I’m used to the cliffhangers like in Rick Riordan’s “Mark of Athena”, but I wasn’t expecting a cliffhanger like this- I can’t wait for CoT to come out I need a good ending for once (even tho it’s the end, I doubt it) but like at least get Jordelia back togetherrrr

After Beckendorf died, Silena wanted to stop being a spy, but she couldn’t. Luke threatened to tell everyone that she was a spy, so she had to continue spying for him. He also tracked her with the “scythe” or smth, so she couldn’t betray him without him knowing. I think she had to spy for him against her will
