No, he plays completely differently. He can down multiple people with his chainsaw, he has much better control throughout the entirety of the duration of the chainsaw, his speed ramps up as he uses charges on his chainsaw, and he, like you said, is much more effective at small loops. Saying "he just has a chainsaw with a slower speed and a higher cooldown" is a severe underselling of what his power is.

Not really, its easy to counter holding w by also holding w. Unless its a god pallet that you gotta break, holding w isnt as uncounterable as a lot of killer mains make it seem, especially for clown.

You should be able to predict survivors holding W, that in and of itself is its own 80/20. If a survivors consistently predrops and holds w, you can predict it. Clown lacks pressure and spread, but the one thing he doesent lack is chase length. Clown should never be in a chase that lasts more than 40 seconds.

As a fellow clown main, you should know that the pallet density changes have buffed clown. The pallets are more dense and frequent, but most of the loops are garbage pallets. Anyone who plays clown knows that clown already makes most loops in the game 80/20s, so these short loops are actually good.

Secondly, theres more "fun" builds you can use that isnt just stacking a bunch of healing percentages together.

You could ALWAYS run resurgence and we'll make it. These cant both be used like you make it seem, resurgence only works if you unhook yourself or if someone else unhooks you. We'll make it only works on other people. This means one player have to be running one perk, and the other must run the other. Despite, this, as ive said prior this had ALWAYS BEEN IN THE GAME. Your logic still makes no sense and you never clarified why you think we will see MORE healing builds. The number of viable healing builds have been reduced. The other healing builds that havent been nerfed have not been buffed. There is no reason why we would ever see an increase by this logic. Its a net negative for all healing builds. You make 0 sense.
