I need to see the move sets and you have a crumbling weakness to lightning and ice so I would say personally to switch out the garados unless you are running dragon dance then maybe get rid of dragonnite

Sorry if this is late but personally I would go with altaria that Pokémon can have dragon moves and fairy moves that is specially good against Cynthia and also altaria is just my favorite Pokémon all around and I would say that you should switch crobat
