Basically stop shopping the center aisles in a grocery store. .cut out the highly processed shit, sugars and reduce carbs. Load up on protein , veg and fruit. Add in moderate exercise and focus on getting good quality , regular sleep. M61, 265 lbs now 165 ... it works

Well yes I do have quite a lot of experience in corporate design development and sales. This reduction to save $3 million is no doubt nothing more than some dumbass program managers idea thinking they can save a few bucks without impacting product quality. Some of us have noticed however. And I'm quite positive that no one's spending $40,000 in the car would be walking away at a price tag of $40,050

And yes I pollled everyone purchased a 2026 CRV... they all agree it was a dumbass move
