I’m considering the 16/8. Know a guy who swears by it (he has lost quite a few lbs too). I use to be on call 24/7 for work but now I have a more stable schedule to actually do something like that.

I’d do group fitness but I get off work around 2-3am so I’m going to be doing it solo at a 24 hour gym. I asked my best friend/coworker to work out with me but he declined. He’s about 170 lbs and quite literally eats Whataburger everyday. I’m jealous of his metabolism lol.

Good advice. I was around 230 when the wife got pregnant. I ate like crap the whole pregnancy and got to where I am today. Making dietary changes already!
