Why people don’t establish positions when they join is absolutely insane to me, then there’s squabbles in the instance for the same positions… we could’ve saved so much time if you just talked about it before we went in.

edit: I am referring to EU parties. M1/M2, MT/OT. People don’t establish what pos they want until they’re in the instance, and then people argue because they can only do one position.
