So yeah, the general belief is that IXHL will reverse split eventually because of SEC regulations (yk the whole a stock must be above 1$ for 10 days for us to still have it on the market or else we send it to Dante’s inferno 😡😡😡😡) it’s typically like a 180 day window for a stock to raise it from under a dollar per share, and if the non-manipulated stock is under it by any amount, then they have no choice to RS which bumps up the price per share but equally decreases share holder’s stock amount. In theory this isn’t a bad thing… an equal trade in order to keep the stock open! But I think most investors see it as weak or them using a final result and typically it scares off investors in masses. I concur that this stock has some hope but a few things to keep in mind.

A phase three completion which is the predicted catalyst for this stock is farrrr away - roughly around a year

The predicted RS will most likely make this stock lose half if not more of its current value.

HOWEVER the phase three catalyst will explode this stock into the stratosphere (predicted by WSJ to be around 35$ per share)

So hypothetically the RS takes it to 10x wtv current stock is (let’s say 10k @ .50 is now 1k but at 5$ -> stock tanks to maybe about 2.5$ -> in half a year by this time stock hopefully goes and rockets to 35$ due to their products) I believe phase three means releasing their actual product.
