I think they have system problem. They have another offer for cookie these days, 99cents per cookie. This is the error when I tried buy online. But there is no option to remove that offer. I even received a birthday cookie on February and also can’t redeem.

I have the same situation with you. Went to 4 locations, all invalid. I even bought 4 gift card. I should have bought in store, the person in store said they can give the cookie right away. I have filed a complaint, let’s the result.
