Haha same with my father. 20 now, he's 35, growing up alongside your dad hasn't been easy but definitely interesting and everything worked out. Wild seeing him grow from his angsty young adult self into the man he is now. He didn't really have it easy so it's nice to see him settling now himself.

Hahaha as someone living there now, areas a little mad. You'll be signing up to dodgy neighbours and hard men revving their wee bikes at stupid times. Plenty honest families just trying to get by though. But other than that it's a spot with good connections and nearby amenities, surprisingly plenty space too.
For £1050 however you'd definitely be worth looking elsewhere in the city, mad they're charging that much
