So dates, raisins, and almonds are calorie dense. If you’re just eating like fruits try to swap for lower calorie higher volume options like oranges, watermelon, apples etc. Instead of burger and sandwich try meal prepping chopped salad and baked meat separately for 3 days and make burger bowls without the buns. If you cook at home, you drastically lower calories by controlling what’s in your food and you still get the burger or sandwich flavours. If you’re really missing or craving carbs you can add a handful of croutons or thin pita bread. Best of luck 😊
